10여년 전.
신혼여행으로 파리를 온 적이 있다.
그 때는 패키지 여행이었고, 당시 특별한 기억보다는 차로 바쁘게 움직였던 기억만 남아있다.
짧게 주어진 시간에 파리를 느끼고 둘러볼 여유가 없었다. 그렇게 다녀온 파리 여행은 아쉬움이 컸다.
2022년 10월.
12살 초등학교 아들과 함께하는 가족여행은 더 특별하게 기억하고 싶었다. 그렇게 선택한 것이 파리 클래스 워킹투어였다.
최영준 가이드님과 함께 우리 가족 셋은 같은 호흡으로, 같은 속도로, 천천히 파리 시내를 걸었다.
어느 정도 협의 된 일정이 있었지만, 파리를 걷다 카페 테라스에 앉아서 커피도 마시고, 비가 오면 쉬어가기도 하고, 여행 중 많은 대화도 나누고.
가이드님이 소개해준 현지 유명 맛집에서 식사도 함께 했다. 걷다가 예쁜 공원 벤치에 앉아서 도시의 옛 모습과 현대의 모습을 모두 느낄 수 있었다.
10여년 전에 놓쳤을 모습들을 이제서야 보게 된 것 같다.
우리 가족 모두는 파리클래스를 알게되고. 최영준 가이드님과의 만남을 행운이라 생각한다.
워킹 투어 후 몇 가지 사실을 알게 되었다.
막연하게만 느껴졌던 파리가 친근하게 느껴졌다.
덕분에 예쁜 가족사진들을 많이 남겼다.
원하는대로 조율 가능했던 프라이빗 여행이었다.
